Registration Payment Terms & Conditions
1. Communication Address: All Payments should be made in favor of 'Saltmarch Media (India) Pvt. Ltd.' The official address for all communications pertaining to Great Indian Developer Summit 2009 is "Saltmarch Media (India), #3/18, I Floor, Corporation Building, Opp. ABN Amro Bank/Konark Hotel, Residency Road, Bangalore - 560025"
2. Registration Payment Terms and Conditions: For all GIDS Loyalty Discounts, payment must be received by January 20, 2009. For all early bird registrations, payment must be received by March 02, 2009. For all other registrations, payment must be received prior to the event.
3. Payment Linked Confirmation: Please be advised that your registration is not considered confirmed until payment has been received in full. Organizers reserve the complete rights to refuse unpaid attendees at the venue. Please note that all payments must be made in Indian Rupees.
4. Payment Modes: We accept four types of fee payment: cheque, demand drafts, wire transfer to bank, and credit/debit card payments. DD/Cheques to be made in favor of Saltmarch Media (India) Pvt. Ltd payable at Bangalore.
5. Registration Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing. Registration cancellation for the summit will not be accepted by telephone. Please e-mail your cancellation notice to info@developersummit.com. Cancellations for the Summit: If you have to cancel your registration you may do so with full refund less 20% administration charge up to Friday, 20 February 2009. Cancellations received after this date will not be liable for a refund.
6. Registration Substitution Policy: All substitution requests must be received by email before Friday, April 3 2009. Substitutions will not be accepted after the deadline. Registration substitutions are permitted only between employees from the same company and of the same registration type (golden pass or any of the co-located summit passes).
7. Bulk corporate booking Rules: (1) All group registrants must be employed by the same company. (2) Payment for the group registration should be made on a single invoice.
